When I first found out that Fake Bake were re-launching a new and improved version of their cosmetics, I was very excited. It's getting towards Spring/Summer now and I'm starting to fake tan again and I just knew that this make up collection would enhance my tan and give me a lovely glow. However, what I didn't know was that one of the make up items would become my all-time favourite. First of all the packaging. It's very beautiful, classy and practical. Both the bronzer and blusher come with their own full sized mirror and each item fits into the collection nicely making it easily recognisable.
The Fake Bake Soft Sheer Bronzer* creates beautifully, glowing skin. It has a touch of shimmer inside it but nothing too chunky and it can be used to contour the skin. The swatch above is of the product heavily swatched but when you dip your brush into the product and lightly buff it into the skin, it creates the most gorgeous glow and makes you look lovely and sunkissed. I'm pretty pale and I don't think that this makes me look muddy whatsoever. The Kabuki Brush* is another wonder product. It comes in a diamante case, is hypoallergenic and has non-synthetic bristles. This is great for buffing blusher and bronzer into the skin and also foundation. It applies foundation flawlessly and gives an even finish. It also smells incredible for a brush which is really strange but also lovely! The Beachy Babe Lipgloss* comes loaded with sparkles and keeps the lips hydrated and shiny. It's not sticky in the slightest and lasts well on the lips for a lipgloss. It also smells like Hubba Bubba chewing gum which is always a bonus. This lipgloss is a nude bronze colour that will look perfect with a tan. And finally, the wonder product and my new favourite blusher. The Legal Sunburn Blusher* comes with a matte colour on the right and a highlighter on the left. When blended together they create the most beautiful, Barbie pink colour I've ever seen in my life. This blusher instantly perks up my skin and makes me look flushed. The formula is also fantastic - it's not heavily pigmented so I look like a doll but it's pigmented enough to show up on the skin. It blends like a dream and is really soft. I honestly can't rave about this blusher enough.
Overall,  I've been really impressed with the Fake Bake cosmetics range. I've found the products to be of a high quality at a low price and they all do a great job at giving me glowing skin. Have you tried anything from this range before? You can buy the Fake Bake cosmetics range here and prices start from £8.
