When I first found out that MUA were releasing a One Direction inspired make up collection, I got a little bit excited. I'm not the biggest One Direction fan in the world (no abusive tweets to GQ over here) but I most definitely enjoy their music, fun music videos and I love me some Niall. After seeing British Beauty Blogger's swatches, I was even more excited as the range looked good quality and highly pigmented for a low price.
After walking into Superdrug yesterday, I decided to have a little look at the MUA stand and despite the majority of the range being sold out, I spotted the beautiful "Moments" lipstick. I didn't even know that this was the "Niall" lipstick until I got back home - I was just memorised by the colour. It's the most beautiful muted down Barbie/rose pink I've ever seen and I'm highly impressed with the formula. The lipstick glides on the lips, adds moisture and shine and wears well.
The packaging is also to die for. I'm not the biggest fan of the outer casing but I love the autographed tube and the embossed bullet - it makes the product seem a lot more expensive than it is. I'm not too sure if this range is limited edition but if it is, I will most definitely be stocking up on this lipstick. In less than one day, it's become my favourite ever lipstick. The formula, packaging and colour is bang on and I highly recommend having a look at the range. I know some people will turn their noses up at this but make up is make up at the end of the day regardless of who it's endorsed by.
I'm planning on buying another Moments lipstick, the I Wish Lipstick and the Coral Cutie cheek tint. Hopefully the next time I go into a Superdrug, there'll be more stock available from the range. You can buy this lipstick here where it retails for just £3.
Have you tried anything out from this range? Will you be doing so?
