HAIR | Macadamia

Macadamia is a brand that I've dabbled in a little bit. I tried their Flawless 6-in-1 product and absolutely fell in love - it's a weird concept but one that works incredibly well and I find addictive. I received a few samples from the brand the other week and since using them, I've fell deeper in love with the natural products that Macadamia sell and I've found myself parting with my pennies and treating my locks to luxury.

Although I wouldn't class my hair as being dry - it tends to get oily quickly - before I had the chop, it was extremely damaged. I wasn't someone who went to the hairdressers often and I tended to use a lot of heat on my mane. The Rejuvenating Shampoo cleansed my hair and added an incredible amount of moisture to it without weighing it down or leaving it looking - and feeling - lank after just one use. Although my hair is in much better condition now, I will be ordering a small travel sized bottle of this for when I go on my holidays. Chlorine and sun are nightmares when it comes to hair and I believe that this shampoo will work wonders on mine when it's struggling to survive in the heat.

This Leave-In Cream has been infused with a nourishing blend of oils and when my hair was long, it always ended up extremely tangled. This cream detangled my hair instantly and left it feeling silky soft. You know when your hair feels so soft and weightless that you can't help swishing it around? Yes, that was (and still is) definitely me. It's a wonderful treat to give your hair daily and even though I only received a small sample sachet, it's still going strong today as you need a tiny amount.

Essentially a conditioner, this Moisturizing Rinse left my hair wanting more. After washing, simply apply this to the ends of your hair (if you have oily hair like mine), leave for one minute and then rinse. It's almost unbelievable how nourished, moisturised and silky this leaves your hair feeling. I've already stocked up on a bottle of this as I can't rave about it enough.

As someone who has very straight hair, this Reviving Curl Cream has been a wonder product for me. My hair refuses to curl and now it's shorter, it hates being curled even more. This cream lightly holds the big, bouncy curls that I create in my hair and leaves them looking soft yet defined. I don't suffer with frizz but if you do, this is a must-have for you as it claims to control frizz and smooth flyaways.
