I've never really been a big coffee lover - I'm more of a tea girl myself - but with the recent late nights and early mornings that the end of year assignments and exams bring, I've been relying on coffee to wake me up and keep me going. The only problem is that coffee can sometimes be expensive, especially when you're out and about and Starbucks is glaring at you. It can also be a little bit time consuming as you have to walk to the coffee shop, queue up, pay and then walk back - when you have deadlines, that just isn't convenient What is convenient is opening to your fridge to iced coffee's and even keeping a few in your bag for top ups throughout the day. This week is National Coffee Week and I've been trying out a few coffees from Emmi. I still have a couple of vouchers back but I'm trying to track down the other two coffees available from the range so when I do, I'll be sure to post some more reviews. But for now, I've been loving the CAFFÈ LATTE Skinny Iced Coffee*, CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino* and the CAFFÈ LATTE Vanilla*. The great thing about the CAFFÈ LATTE Skinny* is the fact that it's low in calories. By switching to this coffee, you could save 1,000 calories in one week which is the equivalent of eating a daily donut. For example, the Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Skinny has just 90 calories whereas your average high street latte has around 172-290 calories which over a working week adds up to 1,000 calories. The Vanilla one is my personal favourite as it's mild and a little bit sweet which is perfect for my taste buds. So not only are these coffees delicious, smooth and beautiful, they're good for your body, your bank balance and your time! You can buy Emmi coffees from these places and at the moment, a few supermarkets have some great offers on them. You can view the rest of the CAFFÈ LATTE range here. Are you a coffee fan? Have you tried these coffees before?
