99 fellow beauty addicts and I have been invited to trial and scrutinise seven different micellar waters from some of the biggest French brands. Each micellar water has been bottled in a 20ml dropper bottle so we won't be able to tell which one is which. I personally haven't tried any micellar waters out before so I'm extremely excited to finally get my mitts on a few of the best. We will be judging them on different keys areas including their cleansing power, the pleasure of use (best texture, best scent), reactivity, moisturise balance, whether we would use it again and the best overall sample. After this, we'll be filling in an online survey to let Escentual know which is the ultimate micellar water. The different waters we have been sent to try are the following: Dior Instant Cleansing Water, Nuxe Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Petals, Caudalie Make Up Remover Cleanser Water, Avene Micellar Lotion Cleansers and Make Up Remover, La Roche-Posay Physiological Micellar Solution, Bioderma Sensibio H20 Michelle Solution and the Vichy Purete Thermale Calming Cleansing Micellar Solution. I'm extremely excited for this trial and I will report back to you once it's finished. We have 14 days to reach our verdict. Have you tried any of these micellar waters before?
